1. Shipping Area
Orders placed through the Tenkaled website are shipped only to all addresses within the borders of the Republic of Turkey. For international shipping, please contact our customer service.
2. Order Processing Time
- After payment confirmation, your orders are generally prepared and handed over to the courier company within 1-3 business days.
- Orders placed on weekends and public holidays will be processed on the next business day.
- For custom-made or out-of-stock (pre-order) products, the processing time may vary according to the time specified on the product page.
3. Delivery Time
- After your order is handed over to the courier company, the delivery time varies depending on your city and the courier company's workload. The average delivery time is 1-5 business days.
- Delays in delivery may occur due to force majeure (natural disasters, epidemics, curfews, etc.) or courier company-related workloads. You will be informed in such cases.
4. Shipping Fee
- The shipping fee is automatically calculated and displayed at the cart stage based on the total amount, weight, or delivery address of your order.
- Shipping may be free for purchases over a certain amount. You can find the current free shipping limit on your cart page or in our announcements.
5. Order Tracking
- When your order is handed over to the courier, your tracking number will be sent to you via SMS and/or email.
- With this tracking number, you can track your package in real-time through our contracted courier company's website.
6. What to Do During Delivery
- When receiving your order, it is of great importance to inspect the package in the presence of the courier.
- If you notice any damage, crushing, tearing, or wetness on the packaging, we kindly ask you not to accept the product and to have the courier issue a damage report.
- Tenkaled is not responsible for damage or missing items in products received without a damage report.
7. Lost or Damaged Shipments
- If you think your shipment is lost or if you detect damage during delivery (if you have a report), please contact our customer service immediately. The situation will be investigated and necessary actions will be taken.
