At Tenkaled, we use cookies to improve your experience while visiting our website and to optimize our services. This policy explains what types of cookies are used on our website, the purposes for which we use them, and how you can manage your cookie preferences.
1. What Is a Cookie?
Cookies are small text files stored on your device (computer, smartphone, tablet, etc.) when you visit a website. These files allow the website to remember you, save your preferences (such as your language selection), keep you logged in, or analyze your browsing habits on the site. Cookies generally contain anonymous information and are not associated with your personal data.
2. Why Do We Use Cookies?
At Tenkaled, we use cookies for the following purposes:
- Providing Essential Website Functions: To ensure the website works properly, remember your login details, and enable essential functions such as the shopping cart.
- Analyzing Performance: To understand how our website is used (which pages are visited, how long visitors spend on the site, etc.), measure site traffic, and continuously improve its performance.
- Personalizing the User Experience: To remember your preferences (such as language and location) and provide you with more relevant, personalized content and product recommendations.
- Marketing and Advertising: To show you ads relevant to your interests, measure the effectiveness of our advertising campaigns, and optimize our marketing efforts. These cookies are generally placed by third-party advertising networks.

B. By Purpose:
- Strictly Necessary Cookies: Cookies that are essential for the website to function properly. Without these cookies, the site's basic functions (e.g., shopping cart, access to secure areas) will not work properly. Explicit consent is generally not obtained for these cookies.
- Analytics/Performance Cookies: Collect information about how the website is used (e.g., which pages are visited most often and whether users receive error messages). This data is used to improve the site's performance and is generally anonymous.
- Functionality Cookies: Allow the website to remember users' preferences (such as language selection and username) and provide a more personalized experience.
